Why We Keep Our Policies Open to Everyone

At Navigator In Reach, we believe in radical transparency—not just as a nice idea, but as a practical tool to build trust, accountability, and better outcomes for the people we support.

That’s why we’ve created an open policy folder—a living, breathing collection of our internal policies and procedures, shared publicly for anyone to view.

Why Share Policies?

Policies are often hidden away or locked behind admin walls. We’ve flipped that approach on its head. By keeping our policies open:

  • Clients can understand exactly how we work before choosing us.

  • Other providers can take what we’ve created and adapt it to improve their own services.

  • Everyone benefits from a more collaborative, transparent NDIS ecosystem.

A Work in Progress (On Purpose)

This folder isn’t a set-it-and-forget-it kind of thing. It’s constantly evolving—just like us. As the industry shifts, as we learn from feedback, and as new challenges arise, we update our policies to reflect where we’re going, not just where we’ve been.

You might notice some areas still under development. That’s okay. It’s all part of our commitment to openness over perfection.

If You’re Borrowing From It…

We welcome other providers to draw inspiration from what we’ve built. But we also ask that you review everything closely before using it in your own setting. Our policies reflect our values, team, and structure—they may not fit perfectly with yours without some thoughtful tweaks.

We hope this transparency helps you, whether you're a potential client, a fellow provider, or just someone passionate about doing things better.
