Our Policies

We believe in radical transparency. Our policies are not locked behind admin walls, they are open for participants, families, and other providers to read.

Policies are often hidden away. We have flipped that approach. By keeping ours open, participants can understand exactly how we work before choosing us, and other providers can adapt what we have built to improve their own services.

This is a living collection. As the sector shifts and as we learn from feedback, we update our policies to reflect where we are going, not just where we have been. You might notice some areas still developing, and that is part of our commitment to openness over perfection.
