After 15 years in the disability and support space, we—Jesse & Jason—kept seeing the same frustrating problems.

Support Coordination, a service designed to empower people, was instead tangled in red tape, hidden fees, and confusing policies. Information was locked away, controlled by providers who decided what participants could and couldn’t access.

We saw people being charged just for asking simple questions—a quick email or phone call costing money from their NDIS plan.

And we thought: There has to be a better way.
