Navigator In Reach — NDIS Support Coordination

About Navigator In Reach

Woman-owned support coordination, built to actually help

Navigator In Reach was founded by Alicia after seeing too many South Australians struggle with confusing plans, unresponsive providers, and funding left unused at review time. We were built to fix exactly that.

Meet Alicia

Founder & Support Coordinator

Alicia founded Navigator In Reach after working in disability support and seeing the gap between what participants needed and what traditional support coordination was delivering. People were confused by their plans, frustrated by providers who would not call back, and worried about funding going unused.

So she built something different: a woman-owned business focused on plain-English communication, responsive providers, and genuinely helping people use their funding. Her approach is simple. Explain everything clearly, connect you with providers who actually respond, and make sure your funding works for you, not the other way around.

“Support coordination should make your life easier, not harder. That is what we are here for.”
— Alicia

Why I started Navigator In Reach

The same frustrations, over and over

I kept hearing the same things from participants across Adelaide and South Australia:

I don't understand my plan.

No one calls me back.

I have funding but don't know how to use it.

My coordinator never explains anything.

These are not small problems. They are barriers that stop people getting the support they are entitled to. I built Navigator In Reach to fix exactly these: plain-English explanations, responsive providers, transparent budget tracking, and real help when you need it.

Our values

What we stand for

Transparency over gatekeeping

Our policies, forms, and service agreements are published openly. Nothing hidden behind jargon or process.

Your goals come first

We work for you, not for providers or other agencies. Every decision starts with what you want from your life.

Plain language, not bureaucracy

If you do not understand it, we have not explained it properly. We make the NDIS make sense.

Responsive, not reactive

We follow up, we call back, and we keep you updated. You should never feel like you are chasing your own coordinator.

Local and personal

Woman-owned and operated, serving South Australia from Adelaide, with the same coordinator who knows your story.

Common questions

More about how we work

We are a woman-owned business built to solve the problems participants actually face. The difference is practical: plain-English explanations, providers we have personally vetted who actually respond, transparent budget tracking you can understand, and the same coordinator throughout rather than a rotating call centre.

Many participants, particularly women and families, feel more comfortable working with a woman-owned provider when discussing sensitive topics like personal care, mental health, or family situations. We prioritise clear communication and genuine relationships over corporate process, and Alicia takes the time to understand your situation properly.

Yes, absolutely. You can change support coordinators at any time and there are no lock-in contracts. Let your current coordinator know, we update your details with the NDIS, your file is shared across, and you keep using your funding without interruption. Many of our participants switched from another coordinator, and we handle the transition so you do not have to deal with awkward conversations.

We are based in Adelaide and serve all of South Australia. In-person support is available across Adelaide metro, the Adelaide Hills, the Fleurieu Peninsula, the Barossa, and regional SA by arrangement. Remote support by phone and video is available anywhere in the state. Many people mix both: initial meetings in person, then check-ins by phone.

As much or as little as you want. This is your plan and your life. Some people want to be in every decision, others prefer to hand over the admin and just get updates. Alicia asks upfront how you like to communicate and what you want to handle yourself, then works that way the whole time you are together.

Three easy steps. First, book a free intro call. Second, decide if it is a good fit, with no pressure either way. Third, start using your plan properly: we review it, explain what you can claim, connect you with responsive providers, and make sure your funding actually gets used. You can be up and running within a week.
