What Happens After You Submit a Complaint?

Acknowledgement – We will confirm we’ve received your complaint within two business days.

Investigation – Our team will review the issue thoroughly, involving key staff members if needed.

Resolution – We aim to resolve complaints within 10 business days and will keep you updated along the way.

Follow-Up – If you’re not satisfied with the outcome, we will discuss alternative solutions or escalation options.

Prefer to remain anonymous? You can submit feedback or complaints without sharing your name—but please note that this may limit our ability to follow up.

Escalating a Complaint

If you feel your complaint hasn’t been handled fairly, you have the right to escalate it to external authorities, such as:
