Terms of Service

Our services

We provide NDIS Support Coordination. We help you understand your plan, connect with providers, coordinate your supports, track your budget, and prepare for plan reviews. We work for you, and the way we work together is set out in your individual service agreement.

Your service agreement

Before we begin, we set up a service agreement that covers the supports you have asked for, how they will be delivered, and how they are funded from your NDIS plan. Support coordination is funded from your Capacity Building budget, so there is no out-of-pocket cost to you when it is in your plan.

Your choice and control

This is your plan and your life. You choose your providers, you decide how involved you want to be, and you can change or end our services at any time. There are no lock-in contracts. If you wish to stop working with us, simply let us know and we will help you transition smoothly.

• We act in your best interests, not those of any provider.
• We respect your privacy and handle your information carefully.
• We meet the NDIS Practice Standards and our obligations as a registered provider.

Cancellations

If you need to reschedule or cancel a booking, let us know as early as you can. Any cancellation terms will be set out clearly in your service agreement and will follow the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits.

Feedback and complaints

If something is not right, please tell us through our feedback and complaints process. You also have the right to contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time.
