Support coordination is funded by the NDIS and comes out of your Capacity Building budget, not your Core or Capital supports. If you have this funding in your plan, there is no out-of-pocket cost to you. Not sure if you have it? We can check your plan together on a free intro call.
You might benefit from support coordination if you are confused about what you can claim, struggling to find providers who respond, not using your funding, or feeling overwhelmed by the paperwork. It is there to make things easier, not add another layer. If you are managing well on your own, we will tell you honestly.

We explain how we can help and you decide if it is a good fit. If you would like to work together, we book a proper onboarding session to go through your plan in detail.
We are based in Adelaide and provide in-person support across South Australia, and we work remotely with participants throughout the state and beyond. Whether you prefer to meet face to face, talk on the phone, or chat over video, we work the way that suits you best.
Yes. Navigator In Reach is a registered NDIS provider (Registration Number 4053371270) for both Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination. We meet the NDIS Practice Standards, hold appropriate insurances, and undergo regular audits to keep our registration.
Support Coordination helps you understand and use your plan, connect with providers, and track your budget. Specialist Support Coordination is for higher-risk or more complex situations involving crisis planning, multiple agencies, or significant life transitions. Your plan will say which level you are funded for, and we can help you work out which you need.
