Support coordination that solves real problems
We focus on what actually keeps you up at night
We are registered NDIS providers based in Adelaide serving all of South Australia. We do not hide our policies or surprise you with fees. We solve the three problems we hear about most.
Understand your plan
Confused about what you can claim, or whether you need Support Coordination or Specialist Support Coordination? We break your funding down into plain English so you know exactly what is available and how to use it.
Find providers who respond
Tired of calling providers who never call back? We connect you with vetted providers across South Australia who have capacity, understand your needs, and actually follow through.
Use your funding before it expires
Worried your plan is sitting unused with a review coming up? We help you identify the supports you need, track your budget, and make sure you are claiming everything you are entitled to.
What we do
Two levels of support, one local team
Navigator In Reach is a registered provider for both Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination across South Australia.
Support Coordination
Understand your plan, connect with providers who respond, and keep your budget on track. Ideal if you want help making your funding work without the admin headache.
- Plain-English breakdown of your plan
- Vetted providers across SA
- Budget tracking and review prep
Specialist Support Coordination
A higher level of support for more complex or higher-risk situations: crisis planning, multiple agencies, and significant life transitions, with reporting back to the NDIS.
- Hands-on coordination across services
- Crisis and contingency planning
- Working with multiple agencies
Why participants choose us
Support coordination that works differently
Here is what being a Navigator In Reach participant actually feels like.
Plain English, no jargon
We explain your plan the way a friend would, not a bureaucrat. You will always know what you can claim, how much is left, and what your options are.
Providers who actually respond
We only connect you with providers we have vetted. If they ghost participants or deliver poor service, they are not on our list.
Budget tracking that makes sense
Know exactly where your funding is going, what you have spent, and what to sort before your review. No spreadsheet required.
Beyond just the NDIS
Need an occupational therapist or employment support? We connect you across health, housing, education, and employment so everything works together.
Local team, real support
Based in Adelaide, supporting all of South Australia. You work with the same coordinator who knows your situation, not a rotating call centre.
Transparency over gatekeeping
Our policies, forms, and service agreements are published openly in our Open Library. Nothing hidden, no surprises, no fine print.

Common questions
Still deciding if support coordination is right for you?
Support coordination is funded by the NDIS and comes out of your Capacity Building budget, not your Core or Capital supports. If you have this funding in your plan, there is no out-of-pocket cost to you. Not sure if you have it? We can check your plan together on a free intro call.
You might benefit from support coordination if you are confused about what you can claim, struggling to find providers who respond, not using your funding, or feeling overwhelmed by the paperwork. It is there to make things easier, not add another layer. If you are managing well on your own, we will tell you honestly.
We start with a free 20-minute intro call to understand your situation, your goals, and what is frustrating you about your plan. There is no pressure. We explain how we can help and you decide if it is a good fit. If you would like to work together, we book a proper onboarding session to go through your plan in detail.
We are based in Adelaide and provide in-person support across South Australia, and we work remotely with participants throughout the state and beyond. Whether you prefer to meet face to face, talk on the phone, or chat over video, we work the way that suits you best.
Yes. Navigator In Reach is a registered NDIS provider (Registration Number 4053371270) for both Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination. We meet the NDIS Practice Standards, hold appropriate insurances, and undergo regular audits to keep our registration.
Support Coordination helps you understand and use your plan, connect with providers, and track your budget. Specialist Support Coordination is for higher-risk or more complex situations involving crisis planning, multiple agencies, or significant life transitions. Your plan will say which level you are funded for, and we can help you work out which you need.
