Our Service Agreements & Contracts: What They Are and Why We Share Them

Our Service Agreements & Contracts: What They Are and Why We Share Them

At Navigator In Reach, we want the people we work with to feel informed, in control, and confident—right from the very beginning.

That’s why we openly share our service agreements and contracts for anyone to view. No fine print hidden in a drawer, no confusing clauses—just clear, straightforward documents that show how we work and what you can expect.

What Are These Documents?

Service agreements are the foundations of how we work together. They outline the supports we’ll deliver, how they’ll be delivered, and the rights and responsibilities of both parties—us, and you.

Our contracts and agreements include:

  • Standard NDIS service agreements

  • Short-term and flexible service arrangements

  • Subcontractor and collaboration contracts

  • Participant consent and information sharing forms

  • Terms for cancellations, feedback, and complaints

Each of these documents is written with clarity in mind—no legal jargon, no smoke and mirrors.

Why We Share Them Publicly

  • For potential clients: So you can see how we work before committing.

  • For families and support coordinators: So there are no surprises when a service agreement arrives for signing.

  • For other providers: To help lift the standard of communication and transparency across the sector.

We want to make it easier for everyone to understand the expectations from day one.

These Documents Are Alive (Just Like Everything Else)

As with our policies and procedures, our agreements are reviewed and updated regularly. The NDIS evolves—and so do we.

What’s in the folder reflects our most up-to-date thinking, but the version you receive as a client may come through our software systems and look a little different in layout. That’s purely a formatting change—the content and meaning stay the same.
