Yes. If you currently work independently and would like to discuss working with Navigator In Reach, tell us in the form. We can talk through what kind of arrangement might suit both sides. No particular role or contract arrangement is promised by this expression of interest.
Do I need to have a current caseload?
No. Tell us how many participants you currently support, even if the answer is zero, and how long you have worked in support coordination or a related role. Do not share participant names or details.
What about hours, pay and remote work?
Include your availability and preferences in your application. Hours, employment type, pay, travel and any remote working arrangements are discussed for the role. Participant appointments by phone or video do not mean a job is fully remote.
