We work through your plan with you, compare suitable providers and follow up the tasks you agree on. We also help organise information for plan reassessments and explain when a question needs the NDIA or another service.
Check for Support Coordination or Coordination of Supports in your plan. We'll explain what to look for on a free call. Please don't send a plan or detailed health information through a general enquiry form.
We confirm availability and a realistic start date after speaking with you. If you're changing coordinators, we also check the notice period and handover before agreeing on the timing.
We work by phone and video across SA and discuss in-person visits by arrangement. We check location, availability and any travel costs with you before committing.
