Support Coordination
NDIS support coordination that puts you back in control
If your plan feels confusing or your providers keep going quiet, support coordination is there to fix exactly that. We make your funding make sense, and make it work.
What is support coordination?
A local expert in your corner
A support coordinator helps you understand and use your NDIS plan. We connect the dots between your funding, your goals, and the providers who deliver your supports, so you are not left to work it all out alone.
Support coordination is funded from your Capacity Building budget. If it is in your plan, there is no out-of-pocket cost to you. Not sure if you have it? We will check your plan with you on a free call.

What we help with
Everything you need to actually use your plan
Support coordination covers a lot of ground. Here is what we take off your plate.
Understanding your plan
We translate your plan into plain English so you know exactly what you are funded for and how each budget can be used.
Finding the right providers
We match you with vetted providers across SA who have capacity, suit your goals, and actually respond.
Service agreements and bookings
We sort the paperwork, set up service agreements, and get your supports booked in without the back and forth.
Tracking your budget
We keep an eye on your spending so funding lasts the plan, and flag anything that needs attention early.
Preparing for plan reviews
We help you gather evidence and tell your story so your next plan reflects your real needs.
Being your point of contact
When something changes or goes wrong, you have one person who knows your situation and can sort it.
Support coordination might be right for you if...
- Your plan just arrived and you are not sure where to start
- You are mid-plan and stuck, with funding sitting unused
- Providers are not calling you back or following through
- You feel overwhelmed by the paperwork and the jargon
- Your plan review is coming up and you want to be ready
- You want one local person who knows your whole situation
Who it is for
If any of this sounds familiar, we can help
You do not have to be in crisis to get support coordination. Most people just want their plan to be simpler and their funding to work harder.
Questions
Support coordination FAQs
A support coordinator helps you understand your NDIS plan, find and connect with the right providers, and use your funding well. We translate the plan into plain English, line up services that suit your goals, sort out service agreements and bookings, keep an eye on your budget, and help you prepare for your plan review.
Support coordination sits in your Capacity Building budget, usually listed as Support Coordination or Coordination of Supports. If it is funded, there is no cost to you. If you are not sure, send us your plan or book a free call and we will check it with you.
Usually within a week of your intro call. After we confirm it is a good fit, we set up a service agreement, book an onboarding session to go through your plan, and start connecting you with providers straight away.
That is no problem. We support participants right across SA. In-person visits to regional areas can be arranged, and most ongoing coordination works well by phone and video, so where you live does not limit the help you get.
