Privacy Policy
Navigator In Reach respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.
Last updated: September 2026. This policy applies to NIR Navigator In Reach Pty Ltd (ABN 78 683 888 020).
The information we collect
To deliver support coordination, we collect personal information such as your name and contact details, your NDIS number and plan details, information about your goals, supports, and circumstances, and records of the services we coordinate on your behalf. We only collect what we need to support you.
When you send a support enquiry, request an intro call or submit a referral, we also collect the details you enter in that form. The support enquiry asks for basic contact, location, plan status and support-needs information. It specifically asks you not to include an NDIS number, date of birth, detailed medical information or plan documents. If you provide an email address, we may send a short acknowledgement that does not repeat your support details. Referral documents are optional and may include NDIS plans, assessments or other information the participant or authorised representative has consented to share.
How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- provide and coordinate your NDIS supports;
- communicate with you and your chosen providers;
- liaise with the NDIA and the NDIS Commission where required;
- meet our obligations as a registered NDIS provider; and
- understand how people find and use our website so we can improve it.
Sharing your information
We share your information only with your consent or where required or authorised by law. This may include the providers you choose to work with, the National Disability Insurance Agency, and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Storage and security
We store your information securely and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure. We keep records for as long as required to provide services and to meet our legal and NDIS obligations.
Referral documents submitted through this website are validated and transmitted to Navigator In Reach through our email delivery provider, Resend. They are processed in memory and are not stored by the website. Once received, they are handled within our business records in line with our privacy and record-keeping obligations.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand privacy-friendly page and performance trends. We remove query strings and page fragments before those events are sent. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages, guides and pathways contribute to an enquiry or referral. Google Analytics loads automatically unless you turn it off or your browser sends a recognised privacy preference and you have not made a different choice on this website.
Analytics events are limited to page paths and controlled categories such as call or email clicks, lead-form starts, successfully delivered enquiries, CTA placement, FAQ openings and meaningful guide engagement. We do not send names, contact details, locations, participant information, NDIS or health information, form selections, free-text answers, enquiry or referral summaries, uploaded documents, or URL query strings to analytics.
Google Analytics may set first-party identifiers such as _ga cookies and Google may process analytics information outside Australia. Advertising storage, Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. You can turn Google Analytics off or back on at any time using the control below. Turning it off removes available Google Analytics cookies from this website and prevents the Google tag loading on the next page view. Read more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services in the Google Privacy & Terms guide.
Your Google Analytics preference
Analytics is on unless you turn it off here or your browser sends a recognised privacy preference. Your choice is saved on this device and can be changed at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. We handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
