Service Agreements

We want the people we work with to feel informed, in control, and confident right from the start. That is why we share the service agreements and contracts we use.

A service agreement sets out the supports you have asked for, how they will be delivered, and how they are funded from your plan. Seeing ours up front means there are no surprises and no fine print to decode later.

If anything in an agreement is unclear, we will always talk it through with you in plain English before you sign.
