Specialist Support Coordination

Steady, expert coordination when things are complex

When your situation is higher-risk or more complicated, you need more than the basics. Specialist Support Coordination brings calm, capable coordination to even the hardest weeks.

What it is

A higher level of support, by design

Specialist Support Coordination is for participants whose circumstances are more complex or higher risk. It is a more intensive service than standard support coordination, focused on reducing barriers, managing risk, and building a stable foundation so you can get on with your life.

Your NDIS plan will say if you are funded for Specialist Support Coordination rather than standard Support Coordination. If you are not sure which you have, or which you need, we are happy to look at your plan with you and explain it plainly.

What it includes

Coordination that holds everything together

Hands-on coordination

More intensive, proactive coordination across all of your supports, keeping every service pulling in the same direction.

Crisis and contingency planning

Clear plans for when things get difficult, so you and the people around you know what to do and who to call.

Working across agencies

We coordinate with health, housing, justice, and mainstream services to reduce barriers and build stability.

Reporting back to the NDIS

We document progress and barriers so your plan reflects your real situation at review time, and we keep you in the loop.

Is it right for you?
